Calcium Carbonate Precipitated

Calcium Carbonate Precipitated is also known as a refined, purified or synthetic calcium carbonate. It has the identical chemical formula similar to other kinds of calcium carbonate, such as marble, limestone and chalk :CaCO3. The most ordinary arrangement for this grouping is the hexagonal form famed as calcite. The shape of its crystal is dependent on the product, and it's particles are more regular and uniform. It is made from a highly pure rock of calcium carbonate, which is called limestone. Calcium Carbonate Precipitated is more pure than the limestone from which it is constituted, and has low content of lead and silica.
